ATTENTION Mortgage and Home Equity Loan customers: We are excited to announce we are transitioning from coupon books to monthly billing statements. We believe it will be beneficial for our loan customers to receive a monthly periodic statement which details all activity on their account since the last statement. This will enable borrowers to review activity and promptly identify any payment issues, including lost or delayed remittances. The monthly billing statement includes a remittance slip that should be returned with your payment. If you have an automatic payment transfer set up through William Penn Bank this statement is for information purposes only and indicates “AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN – INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY” on the remittance slip. If you prefer to receive the monthly statements and notices electronically please enroll in our online banking platform at www.williampenn.bank and select e-statements. You may also remit payments utilizing the Pay My Loan feature located on the home page of our website. Additionally, you can continue to use your current coupon book supply until exhausted. Any questions regarding this or any loan servicing related questions can be directed to 215-945-4630 option 4.
ATTENTION PA PROPERTY OWNERS: Please be aware that it is your responsibility to forward the ORIGINAL real estate tax bill for any William Penn Bank escrowed properties immediately upon receipt. We can no longer accept copies via mail/fax/email. The municipalities will not forward these bills directly to William Penn Bank and many will not accept a photocopy. School taxes are in the process of being mailed out to homeowners. Your cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated. Any questions, please contact Loan Servicing at 215-945-4630.
